Super Bowl XLVII

data visualisation and illustration

The brief for this project was to create an infographic which studies the popularity of each brand advertisement during the Super Bowl, based upon the amount of online conversation. By looking closer, it is also interesting to see which ads are most liked by Football fans vs Beyonce fans, Baltimore vs San Francisco fans, and the ad with the biggest contrast of positive vs negative Tweets.

This was an extremely enjoyable infographic to design, as the aim was to make this as visual and fun as possible as well as effectively presenting the data. I didn't have to stick to any brand guidelines and so the whole look and feel was my vision which also allowed me to be a bit more creative when crafting the iconography and imagery.
